I grew up in New Mexico and lived in California for 30 years. They the best Mexican food on two continents! Everything is as authentic as the Mexican food I grew up with!!! Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! My only regret is I can only give them 5 ?

We heard great stuff about this place, so expectations were up there! It seems to be a family driven business, and it shows through their customer care. The home made chilli nut sauce is to die for, and should be sold in jars to bring home. Tacos, fajitas and burgers are all culinary experiences worth traveling to Lido for alone. We were actually so excited, we had to go back and try some other things from the menu. If I ever come back to Lido, then I will seek out this place! Book a table, coz it’s packed for a reason!

If you aren't staying in the Lido di Venezia, this is worth the trip if you fancy a night off Italian food. It is a short hop on the ferry from Venice or Lido di Jesolo & then either a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride from the port. The staff were very friendly, service good, and the food was knockout. Everything that's great about Mexican food; fresh, spicy, cheesy & delicious. The churros were even the best we've had but bear in mind we live in England and haven't been to Mexico (yet)! The lido itself is beautiful and the only one in the Venice islands that allows cars. The crossing of roads & canals is reminiscent of Amsterdam, but hotter. Lots of nice bars to stop in at if you wish to lengthen your stay in the lido.

I didn’t expect to be eating Mexican food during my trip to Venice but I am glad I did! Delicious food some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had (particularly the nachos) at a reasonable price with excellent service, even if you wasn’t planning to visit Lido (which you should) this restaurant alone is worth the trip!

Unbelievable, authentic Mexican in Lido!! Compliments to the chefs and the staff. Very welcome, lots of options for gluten free too! Well worth the trip across from Venice on the water bus. Soon opening a kiosk on the beach too!!! We will be back!
