Interessante l'intervento di recupero edilizio e ristrutturazione aziendale, che ora si presenta rinnovata, moderna nell'aspetto. È stato usato molto il legno di faggio, c'è molta attenzione x la sostenibilità e per il rapporto col territorio. Buono il prosecco frizzante che ho assaggiato. Qui si può finalmente assaggiare e scoprire il vero vino biologico! U	Urpo Turakainen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite sparling wines is Pizzolato Organic Rosé Extra Dry, very nice and refreshing wine, beautiful bottle, and at good price point. One little thing, which has nothing to do with the wine itself: In Finland this is sold as demi-sec, even while it has Extra Dry in it's label. On the other hand, magnum bottle of this same wine is sold as brut, while it is extra dry also. This is how much experts of the local alcohol-store understand about wines.. :)
