Il locale è molto caratteristico, calmo ed elegante, mentre il personale è formale e allo stesso tempo amichevole. I prodotti utilizzati sono ricercati e puntano ad esaltare i presidi slow-food del nostro territorio. Anche una semplice margherita, in questa pizzeria ha tutt'un altro sapore. Inoltre, il cibo è anche ben impiattato dal punto di vista estetico. Mi piacerebbe una maggiore attenzione alla visibilità del ristorante, con una cura particolare al sito web. Questo consiglio è dovuto al fatto che cercare il menu, i prezzi e gli orari di apertura nei giorni festivi è davvero complicato senza un sito web o una pagina costantemente aggiornata. Ci tornerò senza alcun dubbio. One of the best pizzerias in all of Puglia. This is also confirmed by the numerous prizes displayed at the entrance. The place is very characteristic, calm and elegant, while the staff is formal and friendly at the same time. The products used are sought after and aim to enhance the slow-food principals of our territory. Even a simple margherita in this pizzeria has a completely different flavor. In addition, the food is also well served from an aesthetic point of view. I would like more attention to the visibility of the restaurant, with particular attention to the website. This advice is due to the fact that looking for the menu, prices and opening hours on holidays is really complicated without a constantly updated website or page. I will stay there again without any doubt.

Vasta scelta di vini e birra.Consigliatissimo. Excellent pizza and top service, high quality ingredients. Locale sito nel centro storico di Bitritto, caratteristico e suggestivo. Personale molto disponibile e simpatico, ci hanno accolto al nostro tavolo davvero ben apparecchiato. Dopo un entree con focaccia locale, abbiamo dato un'occhiata al menu: molto vasto e fantasioso, attento alle intolleranze, listino prezzi delle pizze leggermente superiore alla media ma giustificato dalle materie prime locali e dop. Dopo pochi minuti, è giunta la pizza: ottimo impasto, leggero, superlativo. Come detto, condimenti top, prodotti locali e freschi. Consiglio la cheesecake, di produzione propria. A gem a few steps from home, we will return.

Le mie 4 stelle sono dovute all'impasto che pur essendo buono non è leggerissimo e molto tenace per essere un impasto napoletano. Nel complesso una buona pizza.
