Occhielli di meno rispetto al numero concordato. Il camion all uscita della chiesa che chiede all autista degli sposi di spostarsi per togliere i fiori in chiesa con gli sposi ancora all'interno. Servizio per abbellire l auto inesistente, un fiocco dato all autista da inserire lui stesso. Chiamiamo per delle spiegazioni le risposte risultano sgarbate. Quando si fa il preventivo danno anche la luna tutto in modo gentile e dopo una delusione enorme.
