- we had to wait 45 minutes on the food
- waiters treated us we were invisible
- did not get our appetizer (but apologized at least)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here were dismissive and rude, and treated us with open disdain. Was it because we came with a voucher from Eurobike for a free pasta dish? Or because we looked flushed and tired from a morning riding our bikes in 32 degrees shadeless heat?
Whatever their problem was, they made us feel extremely unwelcome from start to finish, and kept us waiting 30 minutes for the bill (we asked twice and eventually had to go to the till to pay).
What a shame, as their chef cooked up one of the best lasagne dishes I've ever eaten.
