There are multiple different flours you can have your pizza base made with - I chose Evolutiva, which is a mix of 2000 different whole wheat grains from Sicily. The crust had a lovely light crunchiness to it. I am gluten sensitive and felt no negative effects from this pizza, which is a rare thing for me. The place also has a kids play area with baby-sitters on staff. Our kids loved this. Service was fast and efficient. My father in law asked the server to put his pizza bones in a bag for the dog. The guy returned with a bag of pizza bones for him to take home to his dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a local food experience go here! I think we were the only non Italian diners at this restaurant in the evening. The pizza was to die for… best pizza I’ve had I think. I’ve never had pizza made with yellow tomato sauce before and thought it was really interesting and tasted very yummy. We ended up eating 3 pizzas between 2 of us and baby. Must try!
