M	Miriana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho affidato, sbagliando, alla loro presunta professionalità DUE PARKA WOOLRICH. Che dire, due Woolrich su due sono stati da loro rovinati! Tutto è iniziato pochi giorni fa, quando sono andata a ritirarli. Al mio rientro a casa mi sono accorta subito che erano sbiaditi, pieni di pelucchi, e avevano perso la loro caratteristica consistenza ed impermeabilità. Quasi non sembravano più Woolrich. Così mi sono subito recata dal mio venditore di fiducia dove li ho acquistati per confrontarli con un parka nuovo. Il venditore stesso è rimasto sbalordito da quello che aveva davanti. Dopodiché mi sono recata nuovamente in questa lavanderia e, i ‘’professionisti’’ della boutique mi hanno consigliato di lasciare uno dei due per ritentare il lavaggio. Ieri sera sono andata a ritirarlo e magicamente......... sembrava nuovo!!! Mi sono fidata, l’ho preso e portato a casa dove per una maggiore sicurezza ho deciso di strofinare il mio parka con un fazzoletto in cotone. Peccato non riuscire a mettere le foto di quello che ne è venuto fuori: il parka è stato tinteggiato e ha rilasciato colore sul fazzoletto umido ritornando alle condizioni pessime iniziali!!!!!! Che dire, se volete prendere 1432 euro e buttarli nel cesso siete nel posto giusto! I mistakenly entrusted TWO PARKA WOOLRICH to their alleged professionalism. What can I say, two out of two Woolrichs have been ruined by them! It all started a few days ago, when I went to pick them up. Upon my return home, I immediately noticed that they were faded, full of lint, and had lost their characteristic consistency and impermeability. They hardly looked like Woolrich anymore. So I immediately went to my trusted salesman where I bought them to compare them with a new parka. The vendor himself was amazed by what was in front of him. Then I went to this laundry again and the boutique's '' professionals '' advised me to leave one of the two to try the wash again. Last night I went to pick it up and magically ......... it looked like new !!! I trusted it, I took it and took it home where for greater safety I decided to rub my parka with a cotton handkerchief. Too bad not being able to put photos of what came out: the parka was dyed and released color on the wet handkerchief returning to the poor initial conditions !!!!!! What can I say, if you want to take 1432 euros and throw them in the toilet you are in the right place!
G	Giuseppe De Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità, mio fratello ha portato una giacca da moto, raccomandandomi di rimuovere le protezioni, al ritiro della giacca, da parte di mio padre, le protezioni sulle spalle erano rovinate, alla richiesta di risarcimento hanno negato la loro colpa e mi hanno mostrato il cartello con la dicitura che non si effettuano rimborsi. Non ci sono parole per descrivere la delusione di questo posto. Non lo consiglio vivamente. Poor professionalism, my brother brought a motorcycle jacket, recommending me to remove the protections, when my father took the jacket, the shoulder protectors were ruined, at the request for compensation they denied their fault and showed me the sign stating that no refunds are made. There are no words to describe the disappointment of this place. I don't recommend it highly enough.
