★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio e zero rispetto della clientela per due volte non hanno rispettato la consegna mi hanno fatto pagare 8euro a telo per accorciare le tende senza scontrino ed in più hanno fatte più corte di ben 9 centimetri perché ho espressamente dato loro la misura dal bastone a terra e loro le hanno accorciate di quella misura senza considerare i 9 cm della fascia del bastone. Mi hanno poi detto che non avrei dovuto pagare e che me le avrebbero date oggi ma non lo hanno fatto, non hanno rispettato la consegna, non hanno avvertito e pretendono che paghi di nuovo 5 euro a telo. Sconsigliatissimo zero rispetto, zero affidabilita e vogliono pagati anche i loro errori.
Bad service and zero respect for customers twice failed to comply with the delivery they made me pay 8 euros per curtain to shorten the curtains without a receipt and in addition they made shorter than 9 centimeters because I specifically gave them the measurement from the stick on the ground and they shortened them by that size without considering the 9 cm of the stick band. They then told me that I should not have paid and that they would have given them to me today but they did not do it, they did not respect the delivery, they did not warn and demand that I pay again 5 euro per sheet. Not recommended zero respect, zero reliability and they want their mistakes paid.
