Ho comprato delle cozze stamattina sul prezzo niente da dire perché è di mercato 3, 50 . Come faccio di solito le ho portate a casa e pulite personalmente, perché anche da li ti rendi conto più o meno come sono state allevate e mantenute: ma che ve lo dico a fare !? Fango, immerse nel fango Da 2 kg sono diventate 1kg pwrche erano più quelle che si spacciavano perché legate ad un laccio di plastica . Ad ogni modo, dopo aver passato più di un ora per togliere tutto quel fango e averle passate in acqua e amuchina, il bello è arrivato quando le ho cotte. Ormai belle e anche di bella presenza ma niente da fare dentro erano zeppe di fango. Non ho potuto mangiarle e non credo che un negozio che esiste da tanto tempo non sa che questo prodotto sarebbe uscito così! Forse mi hanno dato tale prodotto peeche era la prima volta che passavo di la ? Non lo so ! Certamente questa è stata la prima e unica volta . Buon lavoro !
