Train station , bus station are near by .very confortable.
The staff is amazing! Top? I can only suggest 100% to book in la buganville .

I dare you to find a place like this everywhere in the world. No compromises when it comes to services and facilities. Cozy rooms, cool design, great breakfast. Gf options as well. 100mt from the wide sandy beach of Viareggio and 500mt from train station that can take you to visit all the beauties of Tuscany. So great location as well. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 8 wonderful nights at La Bougainville Guest House in Viareggio this summer. Conveniently located at 200 m from the boulevard and beach, we had a fantastic time. Francesco the owner and his team make you truly feel welcome and are providing abundant advice on how to make the most of your days and places to go in and outside of Viareggio. Every morning we woke up to a nice breakfast of bread roles, fruits, yogurt, juices and coffee.
During our stay I had to work and the internet held up well allowing me to do uninterrupted working days on MS Teams and Zoom, while others with me, enjoyed the beaches. Francesco was even willing to offer up his office for my quiet working.
Rooms are large and spacious, complete with simple furnishing. Bathrooms are small and basic and fit well in the total laid back atmosphere of the place.The rooms and bathrooms are clean and get cleaned daily.
We truly got into the relaxed atmosphere and were said to leave. When we left a piece in the hotel, Francesco sent it to our address back home. Such great service and friendliness. When in the area, we will certainly stay here again.
