Scorretti e non particolarmente cortesi.
I want to start by saying that I am well prepared for the idea of paying more for a product purchased from a shopkeeper rather than saving money in a supermarket. That said, I ordered a pound and a half of raw and, without saying anything, the lady gives me 2 pounds of product.
Incorrect and not particularly courteous.
