★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un sabato pomeriggio scendendo da Campitello Matese, cercavo un supermercato dove comprare dei salumi, ospiti inaspettati, allora nell intrufolarmi nel paese di San Massimo, ho trovato questo piccolo Alimentari. Mi aspettavo che al bancone mi accogliesse un'ultra 80 enne che scrive ancora il tutto su un quaderno ingiallito, in realtà c'era un ragazzo poco più che ventenne . Il negozietto è piccolo, ma offre prodotti freschi, dai salumi e formaggi, sia locali che limitrofi. Ammiro queste persone, che nonostante la loro età cercano di tener vivo il proprio paese.
 One Saturday afternoon going down from Campitello Matese, I was looking for a supermarket where I could buy some cold meats, unexpected guests, then, when I slipped into the village of San Massimo, I found this little food store. I was expecting an ultra-80 year-old girl at the bar to write it all down on a yellowed notebook, but in reality there was a boy in his early twenties. The shop is small, but offers fresh products, from meats and cheeses, both local and neighboring. I admire these people who, despite their age, try to keep their country alive.
