Arriviamo e troviamo una tavolata di 31 ragazzi tra i 20 e i 24 anni che festeggiano un compleanno. Attrezzati con vuvuzela e megafoni. Vi lascio immaginare il casino che hanno fatto tutta la sera, stipati in una sala che potrebbe ospitare si e no 4 tavoli, per le dimensioni della sala. Davvero un gruppo ingestibile, ma nessuno gli ha detto niente. Il tavolo accanto a noi evita di ordinare il secondo e se va via. Forse hanno fatto meglio loro. Ci viene detto che il fritto non lo possono fare perché c'è troppa gente quella sera (nel pomeriggio al telefono mi avevano confermato che era disponibile). Il menù prevede la scelta tra pici cacio e pepe o pasta al sugo. Come secondi avevano arrosti vari, lampredotto e trippa. Ordiniamo 4 porzioni di pici per assaggiare (eravamo in 8), una porzione di lampredotto, una di trippa e arrosto e patate per tutti. I pici il cacio lo hanno visto da lontano, parecchio pepe e acqua di cottura. Lampredotto evidentemente cucinato già da qualche giorno. Trippa, arrosto e patate davvero buoni. Ma ci è toccato un pezzo di carne a testa. Non di più. Vino della casa. Cantucci e vin santo. 30€. Con 30€ mezza porzione di primo, un secondo, vino, acqua e caffè ci sta. Ma nel complesso non siamo stati bene. Con la stessa cifra ne trovo altri di ristoranti dove ci entra anche una bottiglia di vino decente, dove c'è più scelta e più attenzione al cliente. The menu includes the choice between pici with cheese and pepper or pasta with sauce. As main courses they had various roasts, lampredotto and tripe. We order 4 portions of pici to taste (there were 8 of us), a portion of lampredotto, one of tripe and roast and potatoes for everyone. They have seen the pici il cacio from afar, a lot of pepper and cooking water. Lampredotto obviously cooked for a few days already. Really good tripe, roast and potatoes. But we got a piece of meat each. Not more. House wine. Cantucci and vin santo. € 30. With 30 € half a portion of a first course, a second course, wine, water and coffee is fine. But overall we weren't good. For the same amount I find other restaurants where a decent bottle of wine also fits, where there is more choice and more attention to the customer.

L'ambiente è quello della tipica osteria, dove si ride, si fa un pó di sana confusione. Perfetto per un pranzo o cena in compagnia. Da Ciccino si sta sempre bene! What can I say, now a cult place in Arezzo. Old-fashioned tavern with simple dishes and eternal Tuscan flavors. The environment is that of a typical tavern, where you laugh, there is a bit of healthy confusion. Perfect for a lunch or dinner with friends. At Ciccino it's always good!

Noi abbiamo mangiato coniglio e cervello fritto, fiori di zucca. Da provare i cantucci (di un forno locale) e vin santo. La pasta arriva con la padella, il caffè con la moka. Il tutto x 20 euro a testa Totally out of the ordinary. Plates and cups all different from each other. Dishes of yesteryear, very tasty. We ate rabbit and fried brain, courgette flowers. Try the cantucci (from a local oven) and vin santo. The pasta comes with the pan, the coffee with the mocha. All for 20 euros each

Abbiamo preso un tagliere con crostini , una calcio e pepe e un lampredotto , mezzo litro di rosso della casa . Buono ma nulla di eccezionale considerando anche il prezzo non proprio da trattoria casereccia. Staff very helpful even considering the fact of having booked at the last moment on a holiday. We took a cutting board with croutons, a calcium and pepper and a lampredotto, half a liter of house red. Good but nothing exceptional considering the price not really of a homemade trattoria.

Il mondo si è fermato in questo ristorante ma la qualità è ancora quella super di una volta. Tutto alla buona... ma da assaggiare... se passate da Arezzo non dimenticate di fare una visita a questo posto. Definitely a place to visit. Really high quality of food. In an atmosphere of at least 30 years ago. The world has stopped in this restaurant but the quality is still super what it used to be. All good ... but to taste ... if you pass by Arezzo do not forget to pay a visit to this place.
