Cold piadina made from before and heated I was given in quatr and quattrotto.
It was not soft, typical consistency of a flatbread but dry and crunchy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comodo da raggiungere si trova sul lato di un parcheggio. Buona idea per un pranzo veloce con la piadina farcita in mille modi. Impasto tradizionale e gustoso, offre anche bevande. Per il caffè consiglio il bar vicino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che vengo dalla Lombardia, quindi non sono predisposto per capire troppo di piadine, anche se un certo stage nelle Marche me lo sono fatto, la piadina romagnola di queste signore con un chiosco a Cesena mi ha soddisfatto enormemente. La pancetta arrotolata era eccellente, ma poi la consistenza e l'aroma della piadina erano davvero degne di una capatina.
Given that I come from Lombardy, so I'm not predisposed to understand too much about piadine, even if I did a certain internship in the Marche, the Romagna piadina of these ladies with a kiosk in Cesena satisfied me enormously. The rolled pancetta was excellent, but then the texture and aroma of the piadina were really worth a visit.
