★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la macchina delle sigarette non mi ha dato il resto ed io ero cliente da 30 anni.. Ho chiesto il rimborso ma mi è stato detto che il sistema diceva che l'aveva erogato il resto e che la macchina non sbaglia mai... L'unico modo "detto dai titolari" era il controllo delle telecamere. Mi hanno fatto venire più volte per verificare i risultati, ma in realtà il pc era guasto in assistenza e quindi era impossibile verificare le registrazioni delle telecamere cosa che mi è stata detta dopo... Quindi nel dubbio non mi hanno risarcito mostrandosi scortesi.
 the cigarette machine did not give me change and I had been a customer for 30 years .. I asked for a refund but I was told that the system said that it had given the change and that the machine never fails ... L the only way "said by the owners" was the control of the cameras. They made me come several times to check the results, but in reality the pc was broken in assistance and therefore it was impossible to verify the recordings of the cameras which I was told later ... So when in doubt they did not compensate me by being rude.
