Le pizze sono varie e al taglio, quella tipica cristiana è pomodorini,aglio, origano e olio d'oliva, ma tutte le varietà sono buonissime. Poi ci sono biscotti con ricetta tipica locale e pasticceria secca, zeppole x San Giuseppe e dolci tipici x Natale e Pasqua. Le ragazze che ci lavorano sono gentilissime, attente alle richieste e veloci, il proprietario simpatico.....cosa chiedere di più? I mostaccioli alle mandorle.o le castagnette al caffè..... roba da leccarsi i baffi.... Chiedo alla commessa se è possibile avere tutto per le ore 7 perché l'anno scorso avevo prenotato e la mattina non avevo trovato niente di pronto. La commessa con aria piuttosto arrogante mi risponde che la mattina avrei trovato tutto. Questa mattina vado al forno alle 7.20 e non c'era tutto quello che avevo chiesto. Ho fatto notare alla commessa la cosa e lei non mi ha risposto e mi ha riso in faccia. Mi spiace non dover più tornare in questa formeria perché i prodotti sono veramente ottimi. Forse non sanno che alcuni turisti tornano tutti gli anni a Vieste e perdere clienti in questo modo non è giusto. C'è un aroma nell'impasto che si potrebbe fare a meno di metterlo. Avrei dato 5 stelle se non fosse per questo. Excellent bakery in the center of Vieste.
