★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata per ricevere un ordine prenotato tramite l app contro gli sprechi alimentari... siccome era prima dell orario previsto sono passata a piedi davanti questo negozio per vedere se aveva dei fiadoni tanto attesi da mia nonna... e infatti li aveva un bel vassoio a vista... dopo circa 10 minuti sono entrata per ricevere il box e le ho chiesto esplicitamente se nel box aveva messo 1 fiadone contato da portare a mia nonna... la signora mi ha detto di no che erano finito e lí le ho fatto notare che li avevo visti 10 min prima esposti. Si è giustificata dicendo che erano prenotati. Sono uscita dal negozio ed é entrata la persona che mi accompagnava. Morale della favola a lui pagando ne ha dati 5 toglienoli addirittura dall ordine prenotato. A me che avevo cmq pagato un box non mi ha dato neanche la possibilità di pagagliene 1 a parte. Scorretta.
Today I went to receive an order booked through the app against food waste ... since it was before the scheduled time I walked in front of this shop to see if it had some long-awaited fiadoni from my grandmother ... and in fact she had them a nice tray on sight ... after about 10 minutes I entered to receive the box and I asked her explicitly if she had put 1 counted fiadone in the box to take to my grandmother ... the lady told me no that they were finished and there I pointed out that I had seen them exposed 10 minutes before. She justified herself by saying they were booked. I left the shop and the person who was accompanying me entered. Moral of the story, paying him 5 took them even from the order booked. To me that I had paid for a box anyway, he didn't even give me the opportunity to pay him 1 separately. Uncorrect.
