Ho percepito la dedizione con cui lo fanno, e posso dire che mettono tanta cura non solo nel processo di riparazione ma anche su quello della soddisfazione del cliente. Non penso ne abbiano competitors a Roma. The shoemaker's shop offers a very professional shoe and bag regeneration service. I felt the dedication with which they do it, and I can say that they put a lot of care not only in the repair process but also in customer satisfaction. I don't think they have any competitors in Rome.

Hanno risposto velocemente e in modo molto professionale fornendo anche un preventivo di quanto avrei speso, dicendomi chiaramente che gli artigiani avrebbero dovuto visionarla dal vivo. Arrivata in negozio mi hanno spiegato che c'era poco da fare. E la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la loro grandissima onestà. Avrebbero potuto lavorarci e farsi pagare senza raggiungere gli obiettivi sperati (si trattava di compiere un miracolo visti i danni), ed invece sono stati sinceri ed professionali. Ho portato alla bottega del calzolaio un paio di Alexander McQueen bianche, erano talmente rovinate e sporche che dovevano essere buttate (pelle rovinata, lacci neri, la cucitura della suola che era fuoriuscita). Quando sono andato a ritirarle, non pensavo fossero le mie, erano come NUOVE, bianche come se fossero appena uscite dal negozio. Il negozio inoltre è ben curato, personale gentile, puntuali nelle riconsegne. Veramente niente da dire. Grazie ancora, allego le foto per far capire il lavoro e l’impegno di questi ragazzi. il servizio offerto e la professionalità sono veramente perfetti. Grazie di tutto, sicuramente avete ottenuto un fedele cliente ! A magnificent place. I took a pair of white Alexander McQueens to the cobbler's shop, they were so damaged and dirty that they had to be thrown away (worn leather, black laces, the sole seam that had come out). When I went to pick them up, I didn't think they were mine, they were like NEW, white as if they had just come out of the shop. The shop is also well maintained, friendly staff, punctual in deliveries. Nothing really to say. Thanks again, I am attaching the photos to make you understand the work and commitment of these guys. the service offered and the professionalism are truly perfect. Inizialmente ero un po’ titubante dato che si trattava di una cifra importante ma visti i loro lavori ho voluto dargli fiducia. Quando sono andata a ritirare la borsa, sembrava nuova, hanno rinfoderato l’interno della borsa applicando vera pelle e devo dire che la mi fiducia nei loro confronti è stata più che giustificata. Seri e professionali, li consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che hanno pezzi importanti e vogliono donargli una seconda vita. Dieci più.
