Avevamo il desiderio per chiudere la nostra vacanza di recarci presso una merenderia locale; alla bottega del buttero ci siamo arrivati dopo aver letto le recensioni ed abbiamo capito che far quella sosta era obbligatoria. Esperienza formidabile, un pranzo squisito, cortesia e simpatia dei proprietari che fanno da cornice. Se vi fermate a pranzo o cena....prima di andar via fatevi benedire con "acqua santa". We had the desire to end our vacation by going to a local snack shop; we arrived at the buttero shop after reading the reviews and we realized that making that stop was mandatory. Formidable experience, an exquisite lunch, courtesy and friendliness of the owners who frame it. If you stop for lunch or dinner .... before you leave, let yourself be blessed with "holy water". HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ?????????

Appena arrivati ci hanno piazzato sul retro del locale perché non avevamo prenotato e ci hanno dato posate e bicchieri di plastica perché non ne avevano di vetro e di metallo. Ci hanno messo fretta dicendoci che c'era gente che doveva mangiare, in pratica ci hanno detto di andarcene e liberare il tavolo. Per carità, i salumi e i formaggi erano buoni e i tortelloni passabili, ma prezzi davvero troppo alti sia per come ci hanno trattati sia per la qualità del cibo. Honestly, given how it was presented by the leaflet that was given to us, I expected much more. Just we arrived we were placed on the back of the room because we had not booked and they gave us cutlery and plastic cups because they did not have glass and metal. They put us in a hurry telling us that there were people who had to eat, basically they told us to leave and free the table. For goodness sake, cured meats and cheeses were good and the tortelloni passable but prices really too high both for the way they treated us both for the quality of food.
R	Roman Sloboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto oltre che a dare le posate, bicchieri e piatti di plastica, fanno pagare un occhio sia i prodotti che i piatti che servono. I tortellini non hanno un sapore definito e il ragú che spacciano per quello di cinghiale è tutt'altro che di cinghiale, è piú buono quello del supermercato con lo sconto. Quando abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere dei bicchieri di vetro ci è stato detto che sono tutti "occupati" e ha fatto lo sforzo di portarci un bicchiere (uno di numero) per la birra mezzo sporco. Stavamo ancora mangiando e hanno tentato di portarci via i piatti con ancora il cibo dentro. Secondo me puntano sulla pubblicità e simpatia attirando i turisti coi "prodotti tipici toscani" che peró poi non si sa cosa sono di preciso. Sconsiglio fortemente questo posto soprattutto per i deboli di stomaco (addirittura un membro della mia compagnia ha vomitato tutto il cibo dopo 10 minuti che siamo usciti, quindi il cibo di sicuro è pieno di conservanti e altri prodotti strani). Per il vostro bene consiglio di cambiare ristorante per la cena o pranzo, magari pagando anche qualcosa di piú (anche se dubito che si trova qualcosa che costa molto piú di questo posto). Non ci andró mai piú. The place as well as giving the cutlery, glasses and plastic plates, make the products and the dishes they serve pay an eye. The tortellini do not have a definite taste and the ragú which they pass off as that of wild boar is anything but wild boar, the one in the supermarket is better with the discount. When we asked if it was possible to have some glasses we were told they are all "busy" and made the effort to bring us a glass (one of a number) for the half dirty beer. We were still eating and tried to take away the dishes with the food still inside. In my opinion they focus on publicity and sympathy by attracting tourists with "typical Tuscan products" but then you don't know what they are exactly. I strongly discourage this place especially for the weak of stomach (even a member of my company vomited all the food after 10 minutes that we went out, so the food is certainly full of preservatives and other strange products). For your own good I recommend changing restaurants for dinner or lunch, maybe even paying for something more (although I doubt you find something that costs much more than this place). I will never go there again.
A	Alice Corsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata alla Bottega del Buttero l'anno scorso con la mia famiglia in due occasioni, la prima volta abbiamo assaggiato dei taglieri misti e, perfino io che non amo particolarmente i salumi, sono rimasta colpita. Ho assaggiato prodotti del posto e ho apprezzato davvero molto. La seconda volta ho preso le tagliatelle al ragù e mi sono innamorata. Buonissime, il sapore di "casa" che si vorrebbe da un piatto che consola il cuore e riempie la pancia. Io ne ho presi due, nonostante la porzione sia abbondante (cosa non da poco)! Finalmente questo settembre sono potuta tornare e, nonostante avessi le aspettative di un anno, ho potuto riapprezzare le tagliatelle e ritrovarne il sapore. Consiglio questo posto anche per la cura e la passione del personale, si vede quanto ci tengono nella cura del cliente (un calore che purtroppo noi in Liguria non abbiamo), passando a chiedere se va tutto bene, e nella competenza legata agli ingredienti che sono pronti a spiegare se siete curiosi. Io ho comprato anche dei pensierini per gli amici (vino e ragù) e mi sono comprata anche un ragù per me da mangiare a casa, anche se l'atmosfera del locale sotto la pineta a Principina non è replicabile. I went to the Bottega del Buttero last year with my family on two occasions, the first time we tasted mixed cutting boards and, even I, who don't particularly like cold cuts, was impressed. I tasted local products and really enjoyed it. The second time I had tagliatelle with ragù and I fell in love. Very good, the taste of "home" that you would want from a dish that comforts the heart and fills the belly. I have taken two, despite the large portion (which is not a small thing)! Finally this September I was able to return and, although I had the expectations of a year, I was able to re-appreciate the tagliatelle and rediscover the flavor. I also recommend this place for the care and passion of the staff, you can see how much they care about the customer (a warmth that unfortunately we don't have in Liguria), going on to ask if everything is all right, and in the competence linked to the ingredients that are ready to explain if you're curious. I also bought some little thoughts for my friends (wine and ragù) and I also bought a ragù for me to eat at home, even if the atmosphere of the place under the pine forest in Principina is not replicable. I will definitely be back!

Siamo , sebbene turisti, clienti abituali, poiché veniamo in Maremma diverse volte all'anno. Troviamo la qualità dei prodotti veramente ottima, si sente la cura e l'artigianalità delle specialità che propongono. Addirittura abbiamo , in diverse occasioni, ordinato i prodotti on_line per farne anche regali , sempre apprezzatissimi ed elogiati! Noi amiamo la Toscana e la sua cucina, dunque conosciamo i sapori di questa regione, in questo locale c'é tutta la genuinità che cerchiamo. Ci stupiamo delle recensioni negative poiché non corrispondono assolutamente al vero. I piatti non sono di plastica, ma ecologici, per salvaguardare l'ambiente, grazie all'attenzione al riguardo dei proprietari! I taglieri sono di legno di olivo e sono molto grandi per contenere diverse tipologie di salumi e formaggi ed è difficile trovarne di migliori! Particolari e uniche le salsine ed i sottolio. Le tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale sono squisite e con mio marito a volte ne abbiamo preso due piatti ciascuno, tanto erano buone! Ottima alternativa alle tagliatelle al ragù sono i tortelli maremmani ! Troviamo eccellente la birra che viene servita! La gentilezza dei proprietari rende una visita a questo locale estremamente piacevole, inoltre se si chiede, danno delucidazioni sui prodotti e la loro provenienza che sono tutti locali. Personalmente vi consigliamo una visita alla Bottega del Buttero certi che non vi deluderà! Hello, with our Genoese family we visit the restaurant right from the opening. We are, although tourists, regulars, as we come to the Maremma several times a year. We find the quality of the products really excellent, you feel the care and craftsmanship of the specialties they offer. We have even, on several occasions, ordered the products on_line to make even gifts, always highly appreciated and praised! We love Tuscany and its cuisine, so we know the flavors of this region, in this place there is all the genuineness we seek. We are surprised by the negative reviews because they absolutely do not correspond to the truth. The dishes are not plastic, but ecological, to protect the environment, thanks to the attention paid to the owners! The cutting boards are made of olive wood and are very large to contain different types of meats and cheeses and it is difficult to find better ones! Special and unique sauces and pickles. The tagliatelle with wild boar ragù are delicious and sometimes with my husband we took two dishes each, they were so good! An excellent alternative to tagliatelle al ragù is Maremma tortelli! We find the beer being served excellent! The kindness of the owners makes a visit to this place extremely pleasant, moreover if you ask, they give clarifications on the products and their origin that are all local. Personally we recommend a visit to the Bottega del Buttero sure that you will not be disappointed!

Nella bottega propongono poi una selezione di leccornie e bibite da poter comprare. Ottimo per chi ama gusto e semplicità. The platter with cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables in oil is a real delight and a way to experience the typical products. In the shop they then offer a selection of delicacies and drinks that you can buy. Great for those who love taste and simplicity.

Metto 3 stelle (sarebbe da 5) solo perché: 1 calice di vino 1 tagliere da 13 euro 1 acqua 2 panini 2 caffè 41 euro ... mi sembra veramente troppo esagerato. Durante l'estate abbiamo sempre visto le persone fermarsi e i taglieri invitanti. Appena ne avrò l'occasione mi fermerò e rivedrò la valutazione, non me ne voglia il proprietario. Invito chi di passaggio a provare le leccornie del posto. At the moment only for the place not visited I give 3 stars, as soon as we manage to stop and savor their menu I will change the evaluation.
