Ci siamo fermati per farci preparare un panino per un pranzo veloce e devo dire che un mezzo filoncino con il ciauscolo, tipico salume del posto, era proprio quello che ci mancava per completare la bellissima mattinata a Recanati. Saporito e morbido il salume, croccante e soffice allo stesso tempo il pane. Complimenti Beautiful shop on the road to Leopardi's house. Devo sottolineare che gli insaccati li fanno loro, sono tutti buoni e speciali. La coppa, anche questa fatta da loro, è unica e imbattibile per qualità e sapore, assolutamente da provare, la suggerisco anche a chi non piace! Poi la rosticceria è buonissima, i pomodori e le zucchine sono un must. Infine i dolci, sempre fatti in casa. Quando ho amici a cena prendo sempre tutto da loro, dal mitico Sandro e dalla magica Luana (marito e moglie titolari del negozio). La bella figura è garantita ed i vassoi alla fine restano perfettamente vuoti. Per chi è di passaggio nella nostra favolosa Recanati consiglio di farsi mettere le cose sottovuoto. Detto tutto quanto sopra, e non è abbastanza, io darei a loro 2 stelle Michelin. Infine avrei piacere di ricevere commenti da parte dei clienti, se questo mio post è stato utile e veritiero.
