Con la magistrale produzione delle specialità, tra tortellini, ravioli e agnolotti farciti di ogni ben di DIO, non c'è famiglia tarantina che non conosca questo pastificio storico che rende squisito ogni piatto di pasta all'italiana sulle tavole di ognuna di esse. La simpatia e l'accoglienza dell'intera famiglia BELLO, impegnata sia alla produzione che alla vendita, è poi, la vera chicca di questo negozio della tradizione italiana e pugliese.

Molta varietà, tortellini, orecchiette, ravioli e ravioli ecc, con diversi ripieni per accontentare una clientela varia. Ovviamente il prodotto fresco è più costoso della filiera industriale, tuttavia sono generosi nel peso e, come mi è capitato il 30 dicembre, negli omaggi. Ho ricevuto un quantitativo per tre persone di ravioli da mangiare in brodo, veramente molto buoni. L'acquisto invece, ravioloni ricotta e spinaci, veramente eccellente
