★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo deciso di fare l'ultima tappa del nostro viaggio nel Salento a La Bodega a Cosenza prima di raggiungere la Locride. Mai segnalazione è stata più azzeccata. Abbiamo prenotato e al nostro arrivo il tavolo era già pronto. Veniamo accolti da Danilo che, come un valido Anfitrione, ci ha introdotto nel magico mondo dei cocktail di Roberto Gulino. La sua capacità di ascolto e la sua competenza hanno fatto in modo che le nostre pupille gustative fossero allietate da ciò che desideravano veramente. Pareva Mercurio che collegava l'Olimpo (il barman) alla Terra (noi desiderosi).
Mio fratello ha addirittura preso il bis.
Hanno accompagnato il beverage abbondanti e varie prelibatezze locali. Hanno saputo accontentare anche me, esigente vegetariano convinto.
Che dire dunque? Un'ora trascorsa tra piacere e belle chiacchiere.
In sintesi, veramente un eccellente aperitivo con grandi margini di creatività e originalità!
We decided to make the last leg of our Salento trip to La Bodega in Cosenza before reaching the Locride. Never has a report been more appropriate. We booked and the table was ready when we arrived. We are welcomed by Danilo who, like a valid host, introduced us to the magical world of Roberto Gulino's cocktails. His listening skills and expertise ensured that our gustatory pupils were delighted with what they really wanted. It seemed Mercury connecting Olympus (the barman) to the Earth (we eager).
My brother even took an encore.
They accompanied abundant beverages and various local delicacies. They were able to satisfy even me, a demanding vegetarian who is convinced.
What to say then? An hour spent between pleasure and good talk.
In summary, a truly excellent aperitif with great margins of creativity and originality!

Their cocktails make a difference! Coctail Bloody Mary in Cosenza can only be done by them and it is truly exceptional. Each time is a great experience. The place is very welcoming. The staff is kind and fast.
