Returned after a couple of years. The location is certainly impressive, both for the position - along the Po river in a very suggestive stretch - and for the room, welcoming and well-kept (although very cold. The temperature was low and we suffered from the cold). Menu. Since the last time, I have stepped back. The wine has become apart. Good appetizers (I'm not sure if the Russian unknowing was made by them). First they have taken away the possibility of taking two tastes but still good. Seconds ok but nothing 'wow'. Good choice of desserts Friendly and attentive service. 'Color' note. After paying (€ 200 bill) we ask for 2 bitters: we had to pay them separately. Embarrassing Conclusion: however positive and to be recommended more for the context than for the substance.

VERGOGNOSO
We requested a table accessible to a disabled person with a wheelchair.I was told that there was the possibility of accessing a room on the first floor and that they would help us to climb the first flight of stairs but when they arrived there at lunchtime they didn't. prepared the table and they told us that it was not possible to access with the wheelchair ...... so we had to leave ... shameful Not having warned us before .... I arrived from 50 km with two elderly people ... unthinkable not have wheelchair access but even worse DO NOT WARN FIRST. SHAMEFUL

Very high prices for a dinner that is nothing short of mediocre, only the appetizers can be saved (but you can already find them all on the table even before arriving and not even covered) and the final desserts; mediocre first and second courses, bottled wine bordering on drinkable, in December they serve bottled wine at freezer temperature and this says a lot ... For a total of € 45 each. Not to return.

Traditional cuisine, simple but really good. If you are willing to try something local without having to ask for a loan, this is the right place. A whole menù with some starters, first course, main course and a good selection of dessert (yes, you can choose more than one) it is around 35€. Good wine and nice staff.
