★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA AGENZIA !!! se c'era la possibilità di mettere " ZERO " l'avrei fatto !! i titolari (sorella e fratello ) 2 perfetti TRUFFATORI !!! ci hanno promesso una serie di servizi compresi nel prezzo ma in realtà non c'erano !! e li abbiamo pagati tutti a parte ; loro puntualmente hanno dato la colpa al rappresentante della struttura - stessa cosa è successa ad altri miei amici sempre con la stessa agenzia ma con altre strutture ed addirittura anche con navi da crociera - Diffidate di questa gente - DA NON PRENDERE IN CONSIDERAZONE NELLA MANIERA PIU' ASSOLUTA !!!
AWFUL AGENCY !!! if there was the possibility of putting "ZERO" I would have done it !! the owners (sister and brother) 2 perfect SCAMS !!! they promised us a series of services included in the price but in reality they were not there !! and we paid them all separately; they punctually blamed the representative of the structure - the same thing has happened to my other friends always with the same agency but with other structures and even with cruise ships - Beware of these people - NOT TO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION IN THE WAY MORE ABSOLUTE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ... ma purtroppo abbiamo fatto un regalo [un viaggio]per fortuna non saldato tutto dall'anno scorso x l'esattezza il 12/3/2020 non ce stato rimborsato più 1€ neanche una chiamata.... siamo andati da loro e ci hanno risposto k nn possiamo più fare nulla oltre a un voucher che naturalmente non si sa quando usare x causa del virus...
I'm sorry ... but unfortunately we have given a gift [a trip] fortunately not paid for everything since last year x to be exact on 12/3/2020 we have not been refunded anymore 1 € not even a call .... we went from them and they answered k nn we can no longer do anything besides a voucher which of course we do not know when to use x because of the virus ...
