Una piccola osteria di tradizione familiare, del tipo “quelle di una volta”, con pochi tavoli e le tovaglie particolari, un ambiente semplice e l'atmosfera rilassata. Ma allo stesso tempo molto suggestiva e di cui ti rimane un dolce ricordo, per i sapori autentici, le porzioni generose e il prezzo onestissimo. A Trevi, lo sai in partenza che mangerai bene. Noi siamo stati fortunati ad aver trovato un tavolo qui, oggi. The right choice La Bigonza is one of those places that you discover by chance as you turn the corner. A small traditional family tavern, of the type "those of the past", with a few tables and special tablecloths, a simple environment and a relaxed atmosphere. But at the same time very suggestive and of which you remain a sweet memory, for the authentic flavors, the generous portions and the very honest price. In Trevi, you know from the start that you will eat well. We were lucky to have found a table here today.

Prezzi popolari. Presenti anche opzioni vegane. Excellent place in the heart of the magnificent Trevi to the sound of good music and arrogant first courses. Gli strangozzi con sugo di polpette, serviti con una polpetta, sono da favola. Ottimi crostini. Gestione familiare (madre e figlio in cucina) e padre che serve ai tavoli, dispensa don simpatia e battute sagaci. Insomma è stata una sorpresa che vorremmo ripetere in futuro. Prezzi onesti. Awesome! I can't find a better definition. Very small place that presents Umbrian dishes. Genuine flavors and really good to taste. The strangozzi with meatballs sauce, served with a meatball, are fabulous. Excellent croutons. Family management (mother and son in the kitchen) and father who serves at the tables, dispenses with sympathy and witty jokes. In short, it was a surprise that we would like to repeat in the future. Honest prices.

There were 5 of us (6 with the guide) and we asked Michele to serve us whatever he recommended. The guide said we definitely needed to try the Gricia di Bosco, which was outstanding! La Bigonza and host, Michele are definitely included on my 'Best of Umbria and Best of Italy' lists!
V	V. Renzo Panza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trevi's restaurants offer is not very rich and this place seemed to be very typical. Actually food is good but prices and cleaning could let you disappointed. It's sad reading the owner reaction to my post, cause I don't really believe he could remember me so his answer it's just a standard one. In any case: I eat what I pay, what else should I do? If you need me to be more specific I can tell that It has been served at table a plastic water bottle already opened: not sealed cause the waiter missmatched his personal one with mine. The owner still keep answering comments he doesn't like: don't be touchy! Feel free to run your business as you like, let people free to write comment according their opinion.
