Se siete carnivori è veramente il vostro habitat, ma soddisfano anche i vegetariani come me. Il risotto liquirizia e taleggio con il vino della casa valgono già il viaggio, ma il caciocavallo alla piastra e i dolci della casa sono il tocco finale. Unico consiglio che mi sento di darvi è di scegliere la cottura del formaggio, soprattutto se, come me, lo amate appena scottato ? Well deserved positive reviews: the location, staff, food and presentation are fantastic. If you are a carnivore it is truly your habitat, but they also cater to vegetarians like me. The licorice and taleggio risotto with the house wine are already worth the trip, but the grilled caciocavallo and the house desserts are the final touch. The only advice I would like to give you is to choose how to cook the cheese, especially if, like me, you love it just seared ?

Già mi sentivo in famiglia. Ciò che abbiamo ordinato era, oltre che super gustoso, equilibrato come quantità e presentato bene. Bella sorpresa anche la possibiltà di scelta del coltello carne, non coltelli comuni ma dalle forme più varie. Il personale non è invadente e sempre pronto alla battuta o alla semplice chiaccherata. Ci torneremo sicuramente in primavera per poter godere dello spazio esterno con vista sulla valle bergamasca . I went with my family for a dinner. Il posto è molto accogliente e caratteristico, anche se tutti abbiamo trovato (perlomeno, il locale dove ci hanno fatti accomodare) che fosse una stanza un po' troppo piccola. In ogni caso, ci siamo trovati davvero bene: dall'antipasto alla torta (che è stata fatta da loro!). Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto le alternative create apposta per me che sono celiaca e per una signora invece vegana! Il mio risotto ai funghi era fantastico e anche poi i secondi erano davvero buoni: la carne, soprattutto della tagliata, era ottima! Per me, al posto della torta, è stato portato del gelato con la salsa ai frutti di bosco calda, ed è stata la salsa più buona che abbia mai mangiato! Peccato per il meteo ostile di ieri che purtroppo ha ostacolato la vista dalla terrazza, ma altrimenti si può godere di un gran bel panorama sulla zona val calepio! (La prossima volta che torneremo magari per cena, scatterò anche delle foto!) We were there yesterday for a wedding!
