Si sono rifiutati di prelevarmi 2000 euro in contanti che è un importo che potevo prelevare per legge
Il servizio di cassa è pietoso e inesistente ed è una vera vergogna per tutti i soldi che ci fanno pagare come costo di gestione del conto e come soci della banca
Pessimo livello di responsabilità e preparazione anche del responsabile di filiale che è solo un passa e-mail e non conta niente
Do not approach the Via Faentina branch which is the worst because of the lack of cash and cash flow
They refused to withdraw 2000 euros in cash which is an amount that I could withdraw by law
The cashier service is pitiful and non-existent and is a real shame for all the money they charge us as an account management fee and as bank members
Bad level of responsibility and preparation even of the branch manager who is just an e-mail and does not count for anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valuto il servizio della BCC una stella perché non posso dare meno. Continuo ad avere problemi su problemi che per disservizio del personale non riesco a risolvere e francamente sono abbastanza stufo di perdere tempo e pazienza.
I rate the BCC service a star because I can't give less. I continue to have problems with problems that due to the disservice of the staff I cannot solve and frankly I am quite tired of wasting time and patience.
