Alla qualità della carne ...materia prima...saputa trattare da mani sapienti... X non parlare della cortesia del servizio e del proprietario..una persona consapevole del suo lavoro...lo stra consiglio...a TUTTI..... Calabria tiene muchisimos lugares de interes turistico y gastronomico pero sin duda La Barrica es un lugar de visitar siempre que se pueda y sobre todo si te piache manjar carne. Food 10. Customer service 10. Price 10. I just hope the level is maintained, the owner and staff make it possible for each customer to want to return. Calabria has many places of tourist and gastronomic interest but without a doubt La Barrica is a place to visit whenever possible and especially if you pick meat delicacy.

Costi assolutamente nella media. Lo consiglio vivamente! A nice place to come back to! The cuts of meat are of excellent quality and are cooked very well. The service is friendly and helpful. Liquori della casa ottimi fatti con passione e amore si respirava aria di serenità gioia e amore in quel locale, la cosa che mi ha stupito e che quando stavo parlando con il proprietario è venuta la moglie con una fetta di torta che poi successivamente la portata anche al proprietario e stavamo li a mangiarci la torta nello stesso tavolo ridendo e scherzando. Questa braceria si trova un po' fuori mano rispetto alla città ma ne guadagnerete in facilità di posto auto e poco affollamento. Cucina a dir poco squisita. Ho avuto modo di provare la tagliata di carne ed era qualcosa di eccezionale: servita alla cottura desiderata, su piastra di pietra lavica ancora calda e tagliata opportunamente dal gestore del locale. Carne tenera e praticamente solo da gustare! La braceria è a conduzione familiare e la cortesia del personale è un plus notevole (ed aggiungo, poco ricercato in posti più "rinomati"). Ci è stato offerto anche un digestivo fatto in casa buonissimo per concludere la cena. Insomma, non lasciatevi intimidire dalla zona "fuori mano". Troverete una piccola oasi di gusto, se amate la carne. I rarely find myself eating in delicious places like this. This steakhouse is located a little out of the way from the city but you will gain from it easy parking space and little crowding. Exquisite cuisine to say the least. I had the opportunity to try the cut of meat and it was something exceptional: served when cooked, on a hot lava stone plate and cut appropriately by the manager of the restaurant. Tender meat and practically just to taste! The grill is family-run and the courtesy of the staff is a notable plus (and I add, not very sought after in more "renowned" places). We were also offered a delicious homemade digestive to finish the dinner. In short, don't be intimidated by the "out of the way" area. You will find a little oasis of taste if you love meat.
