Wide choice of pizzas for all tastes. Good dough, excellent and abundant ingredients. Long waiting times on Saturday evening. Definitely to try again.

Avevamo prenotato il tavolo alle ore 22:00, siamo stati un'ora fuori ad aspettare e a prendere freddo. Ho chiesto al titolare quanto potevamo ancora aspettare e mi disse massimo mezz'oretta, quando in realtà abbiamo aspettato per più di un'ora. Dopo di che abbiamo deciso di andarcene... C	Christian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto gratificante. Premetto che abbiamo assaggiato la cucina e non la pizzeria di questo luogo. Location molto accogliente ed elegante, unica pecca la discesa (poi salita) molto ripida per chi parcheggia sopra, ma non per questo possiamo abbassare di una stella la fantastica esperienza. Appena giunti (prima volta in questo luogo) ci hanno accolto con molta serietà e disponibilità e, non appena accomodati al tavolo, immediatamente viene un cameriere (il locale era pieno, quindi non ci aspettavamo un servizio veloce) che immediatamente porta menù e chiede cosa volessimo da bere. Immediatamente scegliamo cosa mangiare, il cameriere porta le birre e, prima di ordinare, gli porgiamo una domanda per scegliere con certezza. In questo abbiamo notato la pecca dell'inesperienza del ragazzo (sicuramente stagionale), ma comunque ordiniamo un antipasto all'italiana, una scottona a testa e patate a forno come contorno, accompagnate, appunto, da due birre. L'antipasto è stato formidabile, salumi e formaggi di ottima qualità e freschezza, olive e pomodori secchi gustosissimi. Dopo l'antipasto, circa 15 minuti, giunge la carne (in foto) spessa circa 3 cm per circa 300g di pura goduria. Cotta in modo impeccabile, delicatissima e gustosissima, e non dobbiamo lasciare in secondo piano le patate a forno di contorno, erano buone in stile "quelle della nonna che son sempre le migliori". Insomma, location molto carina, servizio attento, veloce e cortese (nonostante la folla), cucina spettacolare (torneremo per provare il filetto di 1kg), conto abbordabile (69,00 € per 3 birre alla spina da 0,40cl + 1 da 0,20cl, un antipasto all'italiana, 2 piatti di scottona e due contorni di patate a forno). Consigliatissimo. E, soprattutto, consigliata la prenotazione. Very rewarding experience. I state that we have tasted the cuisine and not the pizzeria of this place. Very welcoming and elegant location, the only flaw is the very steep descent (then climb) for those who park above, but this does not mean we can lower the fantastic experience by one star. As soon as we arrived (first time in this place) they welcomed us with great seriousness and availability and, as soon as we sat down at the table, a waiter immediately came (the place was full, so we did not expect fast service) who immediately brings menus and asks what we wanted a drink. Immediately we choose what to eat, the waiter brings the beers and, before ordering, we ask him a question to choose with certainty. In this we noticed the flaw of the boy's inexperience (certainly seasonal), but in any case we order an Italian appetizer, a heifer apiece and baked potatoes as a side dish, accompanied, in fact, by two beers. The appetizer was terrific, cold cuts and cheeses of excellent quality and freshness, very tasty olives and dried tomatoes. After the appetizer, about 15 minutes, comes the meat (in the photo) about 3 cm thick for about 300g of pure pleasure. Flawlessly cooked, very delicate and very tasty, and we must not leave the side baked potatoes in the background, they were good in style "those of the grandmother who are always the best". In short, very nice location, attentive, fast and courteous service (despite the crowd), spectacular cuisine (we will be back to try the 1kg fillet), affordable bill (€ 69.00 for 3 draft beers of 0.40cl + 1 of 0 , 20cl, an Italian appetizer, 2 plates of heifer and two side dishes of baked potatoes). Highly recommended. And, above all, reservations are recommended.
