Non ho potuto assaggiare tutto ma, per la selezione di pecorini stagionati, affumicati in erbe, per la salsiccia, la noce di vitello, per il vino piemontese che non conoscevo e che mi è stato consigliato, invece del barbaresco e, soprattutto, per il salame, che era davvero pieno di sapore, posso garantire personalmente. Potendo farlo, ogni tanto, ritengo un buona idea fare scorte qui.
I entered by chance but I discovered great qualities, competence and passion. I could not taste everything but, for the selection of aged pecorino cheese, smoked in herbs, for the sausage, the veal nut, for the Piedmontese wine that I did not know and which was recommended to me, instead of the barbaresco and, above all, for the salami, which was really full of flavor, I can personally vouch for. Being able to do this every now and then, I find it a good idea to stock up here.
