★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asilo nido dotato di incredibile flessibilità a livello di orari e tariffe, la titolare è davvero disponibilissima in questo senso. La struttura è dotata inoltre di un bel giardino esterno. Il menù è a mio avviso ottimo. Dopo aver provato un’altra struttura, resto però con la sensazione che non sempre ci sia un atteggiamento al 100% accogliente nei momenti delicati e rispetto agli equilibri familiari e individuali e ad ogni emozione dei bimbi. Penso che sarebbe opportuno prevedere un incontro conoscitivo con le famiglie prima dell’ambientamento e non attendere di chiedere informazioni durante l’ambientamento stesso, passaggio già di per sé delicatissimo. Va migliorato sicuramente il momento del pasto, andando ad agire a livello di formazione del personale in modo da favorire delle dinamiche serene rispetto alle quantità e alla esigenza eventuale di autonomia fin da subito. Sarebbe forse meglio anche lavorare con gruppi di bimbi più omogenei per fascia d’età in modo da offrire stimoli adeguati a tutti i bimbi senza ovviamente penalizzare completamente gli scambi con bimbi di età diverse.
Kindergarten with incredible flexibility in terms of timetables and rates, the owner is really available in this sense. The structure also has a beautiful outdoor garden. The menu is in my opinion excellent. After trying another structure, however, I remain with the feeling that there is not always a 100% welcoming attitude in delicate moments and with respect to family and individual balances and to every emotion of the children. I think it would be advisable to provide a cognitive meeting with the families before the setting and not to wait to ask for information during the setting itself, which is already a very delicate step in itself. The time of the meal must certainly be improved, going to act at the level of staff training in order to favor serene dynamics with respect to the quantity and any need for autonomy immediately. Perhaps it would also be better to work with more homogeneous groups of children by age group in order to offer adequate stimuli for all children without obviously penalizing exchanges with children of different ages completely.
