la mia esperienza lavorativa come cliente di questa ditta è stata pessima in quanto non tutto il personale che mi è stato affidato per le mie esigenze si è rivelato competente e professionale, in alcuni casi sono stai anche molto maleducati e molto offensivi. L'assistenza tecnica è stata anch'essa pessima perché con tempi di attesa troppo lunghi mentre puntuali e molto alte le richieste economiche.
Insomma meglio rivolgersi altrove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato un registratore di cassa NUOVO..dopo 1 mese chiamo TELEFONICAMENTE il tecnico 3 MINUTI per delle info e il giorno dopo 20€ di fattura..Dopo 1 ANNO finisco la memoria..cassa nuova e memoria vecchia?! Molto probabile, visto che la durata delle memorie dovrebbe essere decisamente più lunga. E come me, è successo ad altri. Un po' di onestà non guasterebbe.
Bought a NEW cash register .. after 1 month I call the technician 3 MINUTES PHONE for info and the next day 20 € of invoice .. After 1 YEAR I run out of memory .. new cash box and old memory ?! Very likely, given that the duration of the memories should be much longer. And like me, it has happened to others. A little honesty wouldn't hurt.
