L'unica soluzione a detta del commesso era effettuare in autonomia il reso in quanto il negozio online "non è la stessa cosa del negozio fisico". Nessuna spiegazione su come rendere e nessuna scusa a nome dell'azienda ma colpa scaricata totalmente al corriere. Sono uscito dal negozio con in mano il prodotto danneggiato, assistenza clienti inesistente e clienti trattati in maniera vergognosa.
Order placed online and arrived in the store broken. According to the clerk, the only solution was to make the return independently as the online store "is not the same as the physical store". No explanation on how to return and no apology in the name of the company but blame totally discharged to the courier. I walked out of the store with the damaged product in hand, non-existent customer support and customers treated shamefully.
