Mi aspetto che mi diano l'altro, con tante scuse. E invece no. Dovrei saldare il costo delle due paia, e attendere che mi rifacciano il secondo paio. Logico, no? Pessimi. Bad. I join a promotion. Purtroppo, delle due paia, uno è praticamente inutilizzabile, perché le stanghette si allargano e li perdo. Sono andato in negozio un paio di volte per stringere gli occhiali, ma non è servito a nulla, perché dopo poche ore tornavano come prima. Alla fine ho chiesto la sostituzione, ma mi è stato risposto che gli occhiali in promozione non hanno garanzia e che non possono farci nulla. Va detto che, al di là di alcune scelte bizzarre di chi lancia questo tipo di promozioni, il diritto alla garanzia è previsto dal codice civile ed il commerciante professionista che vende un bene al pubblico non può rifiutare l'adempimento degli obblighi di garanzia, solo perché non è coperto dal suo fornitore. Quindi l'atteggiamento dell'ottico è risultato scorretto e illegale. Non mi sono rivolto ad un avvocato solo perché non ne vale la pena, visto il piccolo importo. Tuttavia rimane il fatto che un operatore del settore dovrebbe conoscere le norme che regolano la propria attività. Metto due stelle, perché il personale del negozio è comunque gentile e abbastanza competente (salvo, ovviamente, per quello che riguarda gli obblighi di legge). Eventually I asked for a replacement, but was told that the promotional glasses have no warranty and that they can't do anything about it. It must be said that, beyond some bizarre choices of those who launch this type of promotions, the right to the guarantee is provided for by the civil code and the professional trader who sells a good to the public cannot refuse the fulfillment of the guarantee obligations, only because it is not covered by your provider. So the optician's attitude was found to be incorrect and illegal. I didn't go to a lawyer just because it's not worth it, given the small amount. However, the fact remains that an operator in the sector should know the rules governing his business. I put two stars, because the shop staff is kind and competent enough anyway (except, of course, for what concerns the legal obligations).
