Old fashioned place, with a real Innkeeper serving you as if you were in your own home. Excellent, genuine dishes, plenty of wine. Real location, no frills. Some places are now more unique than rare

I grandi classici: seppie con le zucchine (o carciofi a seconda di stagione), brandacujun, ravioli di borragine, coniglio alla ligure.
La simpatia dei gestori è un valore aggiunto.
Few dishes, but excellent.
The great classics: cuttlefish with courgettes (or artichokes depending on the season), brandacujun, borage ravioli, Ligurian-style rabbit.
The sympathy of the managers is an added value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passiamo in orario di pranzo e chiediamo se fanno servizio di ristorazione anche a cena e l’oste esclama: “Beh ristorante... osteria!”.
Prenotiamo un tavolo per 2 per la sera stessa.
Il menu del giorno offre piatti locali della tradizione.
Ordiniamo seppie con zucchine trombetta, brandacujun e ravioli di borragine al burro e salvia con 1/2 litro (“così non si scalda”) di bianco della casa.
Che dire... non lecchiamo i piatti per pudore.
Cucina casalinga con ingredienti di qualità, servizio alla buona e simpatia che fanno sentire come a casa.
Prezzi onestissimi.
We pass during lunch time and ask if they also cater for dinner and the landlord exclaims: "Well restaurant ... tavern!".
We book a table for 2 for the same evening.
The menu of the day offers traditional local dishes.
We order cuttlefish with trumpet courgettes, brandacujun and borage ravioli with butter and sage with 1/2 liter ("so it doesn't heat up") of the house white.
What can I say ... we do not lick dishes out of modesty.
Home cooking with quality ingredients, good service and friendliness that make you feel at home.
Very honest prices.

Sober but tidy place. At lunch they do a few dishes but I trusted and repaid with a fantastic fish first course. Great price
