La chef Pamela cucina sempre piatti deliziosi e con ottime materie prime. Il compagno Cristian mette sempre allegria! Provare per credere! È posto all'ingresso della Val Trompia, noto per essere stato il paese natale di Giovanni Battista Montini, il futuro papa Paolo VI. Qui si trova @losteria_cucinatradizionale, una nuova scoperta per me che vivo nei meandri da oltre 40 anni. Un menù, come potete vedere dalle foto, scritto a mano, su della comune carta ed affisso in bacheca, in bella mostra. All'ingresso del locale già si respira aria di convivialità, alcuni tavoli disposti all'aperto, in corte, ed altri in sala. Come sapete, per chi mi conosce, sono molto esigente e critico, il primo impatto è ciò che per me fa la differenza.....e la differenza si è subito palesata sin dal primo approccio con il personale addetto alla ricezione. La mia era solo una semplice visita esplorativa per un pranzo di lavoro, pertanto non mi sbilancio con giudizi approfonditi che rimando a tempo debito....ma...il mio intuito mi fa capire che ci troviamo in uno di quei posti dove l'amore per la materia prima territoriale viene messa al primo posto. Vi saprò dire di più in seguito....per ora mi sento di consigliarvi di fare una visita a @losteria_cucinatradizionale e dire che vi manda @ChefFilo60, sarete certamente trattati come graditi ospiti.... It is located at the entrance of Val Trompia, known for being the birthplace of Giovanni Battista Montini, the future Pope Paul VI. Here you can find @losteria_cucinatradizione, a new discovery for me who has lived in the meanders for over 40 years. At the entrance of the restaurant there is already an air of conviviality, some tables arranged outdoors, in the courtyard, and others in the dining room. As you know, for those who know me, I am very demanding and critical, the first impact is what makes the difference for me ..... and the difference was immediately evident from the first approach with the reception staff. Mine was just a simple exploratory visit for a business lunch, so I don't get too far off with in-depth judgments that I postpone in due course ... but ... my intuition makes me understand that we are in one of those places where love for the local raw material is put in the first place. Il proprietario e tutto il personale cordiale e gentile. Forse un pochino lunga l'attesa fra un piatto e l'altro ma poi le ottime pietanze ti facevano dimenticare il tempo trascorso. Buono il rapporto qualità e prezzo. Da consigliare e da provare in una serata normale. Characteristic local, warm and welcoming. We had lunch for Easter. Great food, all delicious, well cooked and well served. The owner and all the friendly and polite staff. Perhaps a little long the wait between one dish and another but then the excellent dishes made you forget the time spent. Good quality and price ratio. Recommended and try on a normal evening.

A mezzogiorno pranzi di lavoro, con i controcazzi, a prezzo modico con buffet di antipasti e volendo menù alla carta. La sera la cuoca si trasforma e porta i tavola piatti curati e molto prelibati, ricerca delle materie prime di qualità è un punto fermo del ristorante. Sapevo che era la settimana dell’osso buco, del quale sono un estimatore e considerato che ero nei paraggi ed era anche l’orario giusto per “zittire lo stomaco”, ho voluto controllare le capacità della cuoca. Ho scoperto che questa gestione è praticamente “ancora in rodaggio” per un cambio avvenuto di recente. Locale era chiuso da circa un anno e, da pochissimo, riaperto, appunto, dai nuovi gestori. Dopo aver controllato le proposte del menù ed in considerazione che in questi casi sono sempre molto curioso, ho scelto gnocchetti al sugo di peperone, seguito da un osso buco, abbondante, accompagnato da riso allo zafferano, composto in formelle “tostate” tipo fette di polenta. A seguire, un gelato alla menta e basilico. Mezzo litro di rosso ha contribuito ad amalgamare il tutto. Per finire il classico caffè. Cosa aggiungere: locale accogliente, ottimo il servizio, senza tanti fronzoli, ma veramente cortese. Per la cucina: l’osso buco ha dominato la scena sia come presentazione che come cottura e gusto. Il prezzo? Nella norma. Aggiungo: provare per credere ed è sempre meglio prenotare. Per chi fosse interessato e lo avesse, consiglio di seguire questa attività su FaceBook, perché i cambi di menù avvengono ogni 15 giorni, circa e potreste trovare qualche cosa d’altro di stuzzicante ed interessante. Piatti con porzioni leggermente scarse, co vorrebbe un po' di abbondanza in più, non tanto nei primi quanto nei secondi. Es. : 15 euro un fritto misto, ottimo ma pochino... Da provare i rigatoni con sugo burrata alici ecc... Davvero squisiti. Do un 5 perché l'oste è stato simpatico e gentile e si vede che ci mette passione! Ah, ottima la panna cotta alla liquirizia. Abbiamo provato un Vermout offerto dalla casa, delizioso!! Conto carolotto, basterebbe qualche patto più abbondante dai! Consigliato! A tavern hidden among the narrow streets of San Vigilio.
