Il menù non ha tantissima scelta ma i piatti sono squisiti!! Durante la nostra permanenza a Barberino, abbiamo pranzato in questo locale ben 2 volte! Il risotto al tartufo è spettacolare, buona anche la scottona alla mugellana e la famosa fiorentina!!! Da provare assolutamente anche i cantucci fatti in casa dalla proprietaria con il Vin Santo!

 Small tavern in the center.
The menu doesn't have a lot of choice but the dishes are exquisite !! During our stay in Barberino, we had lunch in this restaurant 2 times! The truffle risotto is spectacular, the scottona alla mugellana and the famous fiorentina are also good !!! The owner's homemade cantucci with Vin Santo should also be tried!
It deserves !! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale caratteristico con loggiato del '400 per pranzare anche all'aperto. Estrema gentilezza e grande competenza sulle carni (i gestori hanno una macelleria), primi piatti e dolci di propria produzione. Tutto ottimo e onesto nel prezzo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pasta we've had in our life. Had the tagliatelle fungi. Could taste sand because the mushrooms were not clean. Pasta had a glass of olive oil in it. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place to taste genuine high quality specialties from Tuscany. The traditional steak is absolutely outstanding, and so are the various pasta dishes.
The owner is a very nice person and the personnel is also nice and helpful.
Good wine as well, although with such a name (Oste in Piazza) you would expect more variety to choose from.
