β β β β β This is a very serious osteria for a maximum of sixteen seats. But this is the way that you get maximum attention. It opens at 7.30 p.m. and each day the meals of the day are different. Desserts change on a weekly basis. I extremely enjoyed the tartar meat with salad and some executive sauce. Very often such a meal is not enough to feed up, but this is not the case here. I assume there was about 250 grams of meat only. We also had a delicious experience of homemade red wine and local grappa. Highly recommended for those who seek authentic Tuscany cuisine.
