La suggestiva posizione, ai piedi del centro storico completa in maniera involontaria una cornice già bellissima. Punti di forza la qualità dei propri prodotti e la gentilezza del personale. L'Orto Giardino di Purostuni nel quale ci ritroviamo ci propone, in un susseguirsi di terrazzamenti e dolci pendii, l'antica organizzazione contadina, fatta di accurate e selezionate scelte di semina e raccolti affinché ogni pianta, ogni arboscello riceva la giusta quantità di sole e di acqua e ci doni infine la pienezza e la bontà dei suoi frutti, il tutto amato e protetto dalla bellezza mozzafiato di Ostuni che si erge, come una madre verso i suoi figli, a proteggere questo antico Orto. Grazie ad Antonio e Marika che anche questa volta hanno saputo riportare alla luce la bellezza e l'armonia della terra di Ostuni, così ricca di antichi sapori e grazie per averci resi partecipi di questa rinascita che ancora una volta pone al centro il recupero di profumi e sapori.
