La passione e la professionalità profuse ne hanno fatto ingredienti sublimi aggiunti. Non ci sono altre parole per descriverne il gusto se non quelle di chiederne una uguale e gustarla in buona compagnia. Bravissimi. On the occasion of my 50th birthday I was able to appreciate the freshness, the goodness, the delicacy of a delicious pistachio and ricotta cake. The profuse passion and professionalism have made it sublime added ingredients. There are no other words to describe the taste other than to ask for an equal one and enjoy it in good company. Very good.

Con tanto di laboratorio a vista . Torte dal sapore davvero unico in grado di conquistare persino chi in genere non ama i dolci e poi le miniporzioni di tiramisù e semifreddi dai gusti inaspettati e dal sapore straordinario . Irrinunciabili tentazioni da gustare una dietro l'altra. Per non parlare della vetrina piena di creazioni ricoperte di buonissimo cioccolato dalle forme così perfette ed inusuali ( mini pochette , macchinette del caffè.....)da sembrare sculture e che si rivelano essere piccoli scrigni di meravigliosa dolcezza. Un piccolo spazio per un oceano di dolcezze. Buoooooonissimi ice creams with tastes that JUST VARY according to the season as they are TRULY ARTISAN !!! With a lot of laboratory on sight. Cakes with a truly unique flavor able to conquer even those who generally do not like desserts and then the mini portions of tiramisu and semifreddo with unexpected tastes and extraordinary flavors. Not to mention the showcase full of creations covered with delicious chocolate with shapes so perfect and unusual (mini pochette, coffee machines .....) that they look like sculptures and that turn out to be small caskets of wonderful sweetness. Si tratta di un semifreddo alla nocciola e pistacchio con glassa di cioccolato Ruby (un cioccolato che, oltre ad essere delizioso, in natura è rosa per cui non ha bisogno di coloranti chimici). E' stata realizzata proprio come me la aspettavo, ed è stato un gran successo con tutti i miei ospiti. Non c'è stata persona che non mi abbia chiesto dove l'avessi comprata! Cremosa e non troppo dolce. Grazie, Orso Goloso, siete sempre una garanzia!! A blockbuster! I thought this cake together with Elisa, the pastry chef. It is a hazelnut and pistachio parfait with a Ruby chocolate glaze (a chocolate that, in addition to being delicious, is pink in nature and therefore does not need chemical dyes). It was done just as I expected, and it was a great success with all my guests. There hasn't been a person who hasn't asked me where I bought it! Creamy and not too sweet.
