★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è all'interno del Centro Commerciale Tremestieri. Seppur piccolo è ben visibile e raggiungibile poiché è accanto alle scale mobili se salire al secondo piano del centro stesso. Ben fornito, tutte le produzioni artistiche sono artigianali e fatte a mano. I prezzi sono buoni e le loro produzioni non hanno nulla da invidiare a negozi più rinomati. Da provare anche per la cortesia, gentilezza e professionalità.
 The shop is inside the Tremestieri Shopping Center. Although small it is clearly visible and reachable because it is next to the escalators if you go up to the second floor of the center itself. Well supplied, all the artistic productions are handmade and handmade. The prices are good and their productions have nothing to envy to more renowned shops. Also try for courtesy, kindness and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente altamente maleducata e poco attenta nei confronti delle richieste del cliente. Non bisogna mai lasciare un grande acconto prima di avere il prodotto perché se sbagliano l'ordinazione ti costringono a comprarla senza ricevere ne uno sconto ne una scusa per il disagio. Anzi si permettono pure a gridare insistendo che quanto accaduto non era assolutamente colpa loro dato che si riforniscono da altri artigiani che lavorano gli oggetti usando degli stampi. Premettendo che all'ordinazione in negozio le signorine si inventano la palla che i prodotti vengono interamente costruiti e prodotti da loro, in ogni caso avendo fatto un'ordinazione un mese e mezzo prima le persone che lavorano nel negozio avrebbero dovuto avere l'accortezza di avvisare dell'errore. Per terminare in bellezza al contrario di tutti gli altri negozi scrivono il nome del negozio sulla bomboniera invece di mettere un normalissimo e comune bollino. Concludendo, sconsigliatissimo.

Assuming that when ordering in store the young ladies invent the ball that the products are entirely built and produced by them, in any case having made an order a month and a half before the people who work in the shop should have had the foresight to warn of the error. To finish in style, unlike all the other stores, they write the name of the shop on the favor instead of putting a normal and common sticker. In conclusion, not recommended.

My experience with The Bear was very positive. The staff is very nice and helpful, trying to satisfy the customer's needs. In my case, I ordered a product and then shipped it. They took care of both the shipping method, satisfying my requests, and the package arrived intact (being a delicate product) and on time! I would definitely stay there again ?
