★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli ho portato un orologio zenith da revisionare che ci entrava l'umidità, e dopo tre mesi di attesa non ho ricevuto neanche una chiamata sulla situazione. Ci sono tornato di persona con risultato che non ci aveva fatto nulla e mi ha ridato l' orologio come prima. Esperienza pessima e poca serietà.
I brought him a zenith watch to be serviced that got damp, and after three months of waiting I didn't even get a call about the situation. I went back in person with the result that he hadn't done anything with it and gave me back the watch as before. Bad experience and little seriousness.

Conoscere il Sig.Tarabella invece è stata una piacevolissima scoperta, veramente una manna dal cielo per ogni appassionato di orologeria! Oltre alla indubbia professionalità e competenza nel lavoro in sè, il Sig.Tarabella delizia il cliente con spiegazioni tecniche sull’intervento fatto, cercando di trasmettere un po’ di conoscenza in materia. Per di più è una persona molto umile, spiritosa e disponibile. Un Maestro di altri tempi.. Consigliatissimo! ??

Subito ho apprezzato la sua schiettezza nella comunicazione e la disponibilità nel prendere un appuntamento in cui, salvo varie ed eventuali, avremmo risolto il problema in qualche ora, evitando di lasciare l’oggetto e fare due viaggi.
Detto fatto, stamani alle 11 ero da lui e alle 13 sono tornato via con il sorriso sulla bocca.
Il lavoro è stato eseguito alla perfezione, un risultato eccezionale, ha fatto anche dei controlli che ho gradito molto ed un altro “lavoretto”, tutto perfetto..
Con piacere ci siamo anche intrattenuti in 4 chiacchiere sulla passione comune.
Consiglio a tutti Roberto perché è un Professionista come ce ne sono pochi.
