Il fatto positivo è che abbiamo trovato subito quello che cercavamo anche se ad un prezzo più alto rispetto alle altre oreficerie della zona, anzi dopo alcune ricerche abbiamo visto che ci hanno fatto pagare una cifra esagerata... gli altri negozi che avevano prezzi migliori ma non avevano il prodotto in negozio e si poteva ordinare ed avere qualche giorno dopo, quindi ci siamo risparmiati un altro viaggio. Un' altra nota poco piacevole è stata quella che abbiamo dovuto insistere per avere una scatola adeguata, più grande per poter riporre il regalo in quanto quelle che ci proponevano erano troppo striminzite per l'oggetto. Alla fine siamo riusciti a farci dare una bella scatola rossa di grandezza adeguata che ci hanno fatto pagare a parte!!!!.. la cosa ci ha lasciato molto perplessi, anche perché non ci siamo fatti incartare il regalo in quanto la scatola era sporca e tenuta maluccio, così che una volta a casa ho potuto pulirla bene cambiargli il fondo macchiato dalla muffa e fare semplicemente due incisioni dove poter inserire un nastro che tenesse a suo posto i lingottini... c'è anche da dire però che nonostante tutto ho trovato i proprietari molto cortesi ed hanno cercato di accontentarci con la scatola il problema era che non ne avevano una giusta per quell'oggetto... Non credo che diventeremo suoi clienti. We went to the shop to buy gold bars to give to a wedding. Another unpleasant note was that we had to insist on having a suitable, larger box to be able to store the gift as the ones they offered us were too skimpy for the object. In the end we were able to get a nice red box of adequate size that they charged us separately !!!! .. this left us very perplexed, also because we did not get the gift wrapped as the box was dirty and held badly, so that once at home I was able to clean it well, change the bottom stained by mold and simply make two incisions where you can insert a tape that held the ingots in place ... it must also be said, however, that despite everything I found the owners very courteous and they tried to please us with the box the problem was that they didn't have the right one for that object ... I don't think we will become his customers.
