★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo locale inserito all'interno dei resti di un abbazia millenaria, si piedi della salita che porta alla Sacra di San Michele. Necessario fare una salita molto ripida a piedi per raggiungerlo, ma "l'abazia non si poteva spostare per la nostra comodità".
Menù vario fra carne e pesce, con accostamenti ben preparati e affatto scontati.
Consiglio il polpo fra gli antipasti: strepitoso! (purtroppo porzione davvero misera)
Unica pecca: il locale non era strapieno, ma x parlarci al tavolo dovevamo urlare. Urge qualche accorgimento per l'assorbimento acustico. Questo vi ha pregiudicato le 5 stelle
 Beautiful place inserted inside the remains of a millenary abbey, at the foot of the slope that leads to the Sacra di San Michele. It was necessary to make a very steep climb on foot to reach it, but "the abbey could not be moved for our convenience".
Varied menu between meat and fish, with well-prepared and not at all obvious combinations.
I recommend the octopus among the starters: amazing! (unfortunately very poor portion)
The only flaw: the place wasn't packed, but we had to scream to talk to each other at the table. Some measures are needed for sound absorption. This detracted from your 5 stars

Servizio efficace e di buon consiglio riguardo i vini. Un'eccellente esperienza culinaria in un ristorante di ottimo gusto ?
Suggestive location and a pleasantly well-kept and welcoming place. The cuisine is exquisite and original: combinations of refined flavors and first choice local ingredients! Good service and good advice regarding the wines. An excellent dining experience in a very tasteful restaurant ?

À simplement une demie heure de Turin nous avons découvert cette petite pépite ! Un endroit propre et bien décoré dans un cadre inédit, pittoresque et résolument moderne. Le restaurant se situe dans un vieux bâtiment historique tout en pierres apparentes, retapé dans un style sortie d'usine.
Et que dire de la qualité de la cuisine tant les mets sont plus ravissants les uns que les autres. La carte est vraiment adaptée aux légumes de saison, le choix est varié et harmonieux.
A chaque fois que nous y sommes retournés, nous avons été vraiment comblé !
L'équipe est vraiment sympathique et très jeune. On sent leur dynamisme mais qui plus est, leur volonté de parfaire chaque chose.
Le chef est très abordable et a bien voulu adapter ses recettes pour correspondre à mon régime alimentaire : Végétarienne et je l'en remercie encore.
Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir à nouveau lors de nos prochaines vacances. Merci encore pour cette très belle expérience !
A gem in the valley!
Just half an hour from Turin we discovered this little nugget! A clean and well-decorated place in a unique, picturesque and resolutely modern setting. The restaurant is located in an old historic building with exposed stonework, refurbished in a factory style.
And what about the quality of the cuisine as the dishes are more delightful than each other. The menu is really adapted to seasonal vegetables, the choice is varied and harmonious.
Each time we have returned, we have been really satisfied!
The team is really friendly and very young. We feel their dynamism but what is more, their desire to perfect everything.
The chef is very approachable and was kind enough to adapt his recipes to match my diet: Vegetarian and I thank him again.
We will be sure to return again on our next vacation. Thank you again for this great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nelle foto la vista dal terrazzo del locale raggiungibile salendo due rampe di scale.
C'è un piazzale dove poter parcheggiare l' auto vicino al locale , che si raggiunge a piedi percorrendo due salite abbastanza ripide.
Locale molto moderno e affascinante, sia dall' esterno che dall' interno , cibo davvero ottimo e presentazione dei piatti gradevole ,
Se posso consigliare , i ravioli con la toma e le cipolle caramellate... Il piatto più squisito della serata davvero ottimo . C'è una bella scelta di vini diversi .

In the photos the view from the terrace of the restaurant reached by climbing two flights of stairs.
There is a square where you can park your car near the restaurant, which can be reached on foot via two fairly steep climbs.
Very modern and charming place, both from the outside and from the inside, really good food and pleasant presentation of the dishes,
If I can recommend, the ravioli with toma and caramelized onions ... The most exquisite dish of the evening really great. There is a nice choice of different wines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima esperienza. Abbiamo prenotato per il compleanno di mio papà a sorpresa ed è stato veramente contento. Cibo molto ricercato , location stupenda molto suggestiva e locale molto riservato con musica soft. I piatti sono studiati benissimo ho avuto un'esperienza mistica di sapori. Vino buonissimo e personale molto molto gentile e competente.
❗CONSIGLIO IMPORTANTE❗: lasciate la macchina sotto dove c'è la chiesa e salite a piedi altrimenti vi incastrate nella salita nella vietta..... Parlo per esperienza ??
Beautiful experience. We booked for my surprise dad's birthday and he was really happy. Much sought after food, beautiful location very suggestive and very private room with soft music. The dishes are studied very well I had a mystical experience of flavors. Very good wine and very very kind and competent staff.
❗IMPORTANT ADVICE❗: leave the car under where the church is and go up on foot otherwise you get stuck in the climb in the alley ..... I speak from experience ??
