Simpatica la confezione delle patatine e lodevole il fatto di aggiungere le salse per condire le patatine messe in un sacchettino di carta. Prezzi buoni ! Io per necessità ho preso diverse volte la pizza gluten free e posso confermare che è veramente buona; non è un impasto precotto e per tale ragione é molto più buona, saporita e ottimamente lievitata. Quando mi è stata consegnata la pizza mancavano degli ingredienti e mi è stato riferito dopo averli chiamati che erano finiti. Sarebbe stato professionale quanto meno chiamare e informarmi della mancanza! È la seconda volta che si ripete. Time not respected but I have nothing to say about this as I ordered on Saturday and therefore I understand that it is not easy to manage all deliveries. When the pizza was delivered to me, ingredients were missing and I was told after calling them that they were finished. It would have been professional at least to call and inform me of the lack! This is the second time it has been repeated.

Chiamo alle 21:50 per modifica metodo di pagamento e chiedo se la pizza arriverà in orario, mi dice si perché il biker è fuori già da un pezzo … quindi aspetto . La pizza arriva alle 22:30 e il biker mi dice che la pizza è stata fatta da pochi minuti. Non ordinavo la pizza da mesi perché ogni santa volta sbagliavano gli ingredienti … dopo quest’altra presa in giro direi che posso anche evitare ulteriori ordini anche perché la pago .. mica è gratis !! La qualità della pizza è ottima ma se poi il servizio pecca e il personale dietro un telefono ti prende in giro , preferisco cambiare posto . I call the pizzeria at 9pm. They confirm me for 10pm. I call at 21:50 to change the payment method and ask if the pizza will arrive on time, he says yes because the biker has been out for a while… so I wait. The pizza arrives at 10:30 pm and the biker tells me that the pizza has been made a few minutes ago. I hadn't ordered pizza for months because every single time the ingredients were wrong ... after this other mockery I would say that I can also avoid further orders also because I pay for it .. it's not free !! The quality of the pizza is excellent but if the service fails and the staff behind a phone make fun of you, I prefer to change places.
