The kingdom of the flesh !! From appetizers to desserts all cooked on the grill using fresh and top quality products. The accuracy of the chef and the hospitality of the owner make this place a place to spend pleasant evenings.

The restaurant is located in a not very beautiful area, it has a large parking space next to it (it is not comfortable if you have strollers and / or disabled people in tow) and a stone's throw from the main road. The restaurant is modern, fresh and youthful, small but with a good possibility of movement between the tables, therefore suitable for strollers and disabled people. BRACE workshop, but where is the embers? If my eyes have not deceived me, the place is equipped with a Josper oven / grill, there are only a few around, but they are certainly a good compromise between cooking, handling and cleaning / smells. For those who do not know it (otherwise look for it on the internet) it is a revolutionary system for cooking food in a practical and fast way, keeping the cooking method on the grill and cooking the food in a more "homogeneous" way. The service was good, the girl who served us very kind and helpful, always with a smile, good. But let's get to the concrete, the dishes. We took two appetizers, two sliced ​​and two desserts, beer and water. I will not give a good score for the fact that in my opinion there are several flaws (the appetizer of Mediterranean strips there was no rocket as instead written in the menu, that the sliced ​​beef thrown there in the plate lost blood and was very hard, that the desserts knew nothing about anything except that the pear was not even "whole" and that the burnt skin was bitter, the banana was burned on the outside and "raw" inside, more importantly all the drinks are in bottle nothing on tap) that for the price paid can undoubtedly say that there is better circulation. A MIO judgment is not a braceria to recommend, we say that if you are nearby, you can go, but it is not a place to keep in the favorite list.

Location with attention to detail, fast and attentive service, friendliness of the owners, excellent harmony between taste and aesthetics in the dishes. Keep it up guys. We like to visit the workshop from time to time. The meat is always excellent, quality and cooked according to directions. The culinary proposals are both classic (sliced ​​with rocket, cherry tomatoes and parmesan) and delicious (the bowls of the appetizer or grilled fruit).
