I had a great time in this laundry both professionally ... and as a human relationship ... very courteous and honest lady ... really rare quality ... I highly recommend it

Quando le ho ritirate le ho portate a casa e le ho lasciate incartate ben stese su un letto in attesa che il tappezziere venisse a montarle. Una volta appese, ho visto che tutta la parte inferiore delle tende era rovinata da varie strisce scure causate da bruciature da ferro da stiro. Io credo che anche l’ultima delle lavanderie sia a conoscenza del fatto che il velluto non vada stirato, quantomeno non dalla parte diritta del pelo. Credo anche che ogni attività, compresa questa, abbia un’ Assicurazione per la copertura danni ma purtroppo, alla consegna delle tende non mi è stato segnalato il danno causato. Sia il tappezziere che un’altra lavanderia a cui ho mostrato il danno causato alle tende, hanno confermato con sicurezza che trattasi di ferro da stiro utilizzato in maniera incauta e senza competenza. I took some velvet tailored curtains to dry clean at this laundry room. When I picked them up, I took them home and left them wrapped neatly on a bed waiting for the upholsterer to come and assemble them. Once hung up, I saw that the entire underside of the curtains was marred by various dark streaks from iron burns. I believe that even the last of the laundries is aware of the fact that velvet should not be ironed, at least not on the straight side of the pile. I also believe that every business, including this one, has insurance for damage coverage, but unfortunately, upon delivery of the tents, I was not notified of the damage caused. Both the upholsterer and another laundry to whom I showed the damage caused to the curtains, confidently confirmed that it was an iron used carelessly and without competence.

Vorrei aggiungere che mi hanno rovinato l'orlo di un abito lungo evidentemente bruciato. Come se non bastasse nel controllare gli abiti, con rammarico ho constatato che erano evidentemente ancora macchiati e sporchi, con una "dubbia stiratura" Risultato: ho dovuto portarli in un altra lavanderia, la quale conoscendo la lavanderia alla quale mi ero rivolta, mi ha detto che ha una pessima fama a Ravenna, anche per il personale molto scortese. Un consiglio......evitate!!!! Bad work, clothes returned with the same stains, rudeness and arrogance, I strongly advise against. c	carmine losacco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso la lavanderia per lavare una trapunta della borbonese di cui conoscevo il prezzo( presunto )in quanto 10 giorni prima la stessa trapunta era stara lavata a una mia amica al prezzo di 15 euro. Inoltre io stesso con la ricevuta l'avevo ritirata. Quindi sto per lasciare la mia e mi viene richiesta la somma di 18 euro, 3 in più. Chiedo spiegazioni ricordando che che 10 giorni prima l'avevo ritirata per la mia amica con la ricevuta riportante il prezzo di 15 euro. Mi viene detto dalla proprietaria che sicuramente si trattava di una trapunta diversa. Era la stessa assolutamente tra l altro presa con i punti della conad. Non sapendo a cos'altro appellarsi mi dice che i prezzi possono cambiare, che un aumenta di prezzo ci può stare. Le riferisco che da stagione a stagione ci può stare ma che da settimana a settimana è poco probabile. Mi sono sentito preso in giro, ho preso la mia trapunta ed educatamente ho salutato. È la prima volta che scrivo in vita mia una recensione negativa di qualsiasi genere ma in questo caso ho carpito la decisione di volere approfittare forse del fatto che essendo un uomo fossi poco informato sui prezzi. Poi mi fa strano che a differenza di altre lavanderie non ci sia un listino prezzi affisso dove una persona può rendersi conto di quello che costa un qualsiasi trattamento I went to the laundry to wash a Bourbon quilt of which I knew the price (allegedly) as 10 days earlier the same quilt had been washed for a friend of mine at the price of 15 euros.
