There are some signature dishes like the slowcooked goose leg and goose charcuterie, typical of the region, that cannot be missed.
My hubby had the "leg", this time I opted for a fritto misto - a mix of deep fried vegetables and meat cuts, with different batters, all where crisp and delicious.
The selected cure meats were served with a crunchy gnocco fritto, and the vitello tonnato was as good as beautiful.
Sweet end with peaches in sweet wine, and sorbet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, the service was nice and friendly however a bit slow. We had the goose cold meat platter as a starter and the saffron risotto with rabbit sausage for the main course. Both were absolutely delicious. The dessert was good but not memorable. Will gladly go back there.
