★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto deluso dal personale ho comprato un anello da cui sono saltati tutti i brillanti e telefonando al personale per una soluzione l unica cosa che hanno saputo fare è stata insultarmi e dirmi che non potevano farci nulla, do una stella perche non posso zero, sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di aquistare in queato posto se ci si tiene ad avere una garanzia in merito al prodotto. Perché per quanto riguarda il personale del negozio sono indisponibili e arroganti.
Non si tratta cosi un cliente.
Very disappointed by the staff I bought a ring from which all the diamonds jumped and phoning the staff for a solution the only thing they were able to do was insult me and tell me they couldn't do anything about it, I give a star because I can't zero, I strongly advise against everyone to buy in this place if you want to have a guarantee on the product. Because when it comes to the store staff, they are unhelpful and arrogant.
This is not the case with a customer.
