★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale preparato ma incompetente che non si prende cura dei pesci che possiede all'interno del negozio.
Ne ho presi 3 di cui due sono morti nel giro di 2/3 giorni perché mi sono stati consegnati con un pidocchio parassita, l'argulus, che ho scoperto a spese mie.
Quando sono ritornata nel negozio a raccontare l'accaduto, il personale ha abbassato la testa ed è rimasto in silenzio ,dunque, consapevole di vendere dei pesci malati.
 Trained but incompetent staff who does not take care of the fishes that he has inside the shop.
I took 3 of which two died within 2/3 days because they were delivered to me with a parasitic louse, the argulus, which I discovered at my expense.
When I returned to the store to tell what had happened, the staff lowered their heads and remained silent, therefore, aware of selling sick fish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un negozio con molti prodotti per cani, gatti, uccellini ,e roditori. Ma soprattutto una grande zona con pesci sia da acqua dolce che acqua salata.. molti prodotti x allestimenti nuovi, e mantenimento.. e penso che il punto di forza sia il personale estremamente qualificato!! . Grazie x tutti i consigli sempre perfetti. I prezzi sono nella norma, e c'è il parcheggio davanti al negozio, e uno più grande poco distante.
A shop with many products for dogs, cats, birds, and rodents. But above all a large area with fish from both fresh and salt water .. many products x new fittings, and maintenance .. and I think the strong point is the extremely qualified staff !! . Thanks x all the perfect tips. The prices are normal, and there is parking in front of the store, and a larger one not far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non metto in dubbio la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale. Ma il locale acquari è veramente osceno , vasche tenute male ,sporche con molte alghe. Non capisco perché ci debbano essere negozi da serie A e negozi da serie c o oltre, pur appartenendo alla stessa catena. Provate a fare un giro a quello di Modena o a quello di Carpi e capirete di cosa sto parlando. Stare dietro a tante vasche ci vuole tanto lavoro e il giusto personale se non ci si riesce meglio lasciar perdere
I do not doubt the availability and kindness of the staff. But the aquarium room is really obscene, poorly maintained tanks, dirty with a lot of algae. I don't understand why there should be stores from series A and stores from series c or above, even though they belong to the same chain. Try taking a tour of Modena or Carpi and you will understand what I'm talking about. Being behind so many pools takes a lot of work and the right staff if you can't, better let it go
